Thyagi DeLanerolle

Executive Director of the Employee Wellbeing Council

Thyagi DeLanerolle, Founder and CEO of OOt Social Health Inc., is not just a seasoned trailblazer in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Software as a Service (SaaS) industries but also a visionary leader driven by her unique life experiences. Born in Sri Lanka and immigrating to Canada, Thyagi’s journey allowed her to see the world through a different lens, providing her with a profound understanding of loneliness to its core and the human need for belonging.
This deep-seated desire to address the instinctual need for belonging served as the catalyst for Thyagi in the creation of OOt Social Health Inc. OOt is a revolutionary human connectivity platform that Thyagi co-founded to combat the alarming rise of loneliness in society and work, dedicated to strengthening workplace community connections through a technology platform that leverages proximity, skills, and interests—factors that influence a sense of belonging. OOt Social Health has significant potential to support HR, DEI and Wellness leaders in enhancing employee well-being and, by extension, employee engagement.
